Salesforce Campaign Hierarchy Redesign – 3M
I developed a plan to simplify the Salesforce Campaign Hierarchy to enhance usability and alignment by establishing clear ownership, governance, and campaign creation standards. This would include reducing manual processes through automated solutions, improving marketing attribution accuracy, fostering stronger sales collaboration, and enhancing tracking and reporting to enable strategic decision-making.
What is a campaign? – A campaign in Salesforce is a record that tracks a specific marketing effort such as an email, ad, or event along with its performance, leads, and ROI.
What is a salesforce Campaign Hierarchy? – Organizes campaigns into parent and child levels such as global, regional, and tactic which allows performance to roll up for clearer tracking and attribution across all marketing efforts.
Key Contributions:
- Conducted stakeholder and SME interviews across global marketing, BI, and sales.
- Analyzed Salesforce data on campaign quality, usage, and attribution to portray inefficiencies and gaps in governance, adoption, and data quality.
- Proposed a relaunch recommendation with stronger training, urgency, ownership, and automation integration for better long-term tracking, enhanced attribution, and alignment between marketing and sales.
Website Project
Student Health and Wellness Website Redesign – UConn
Since summer 2025, UConn transitioned from the WordPress Classic Editor to the Block Editor, which caused significant content issues across the Student Health and Wellness website. I rebuilt all of the site from the ground up as my project, ensuring all pages were accurate, accessible, and fully functional.
Key contributions:
- Drafting new website copy and collaborating with ITS for admin access and Cynder conversion.
- Cleaning up old site content, media libraries, forms, slideshows, and custom CSS.
- Implementing proper heading structure, assigning ALT text to all images, and fixing broken links for accessibility compliance using Siteimprove.
- Assessing and refining site navigation, restructuring or redesigning pages, and preparing the site for the new theme and live URL launch.
- Coordinating the migration from draft to live site while preserving the old site temporarily for backup.
This project required a full-scale rebuild and careful attention to accessibility, usability, and content quality, resulting in a modern, clean, and functional website for the SHAW community.
